Develop a thriving, collaborative and approachable industry that strives for an open and honest approach, wherever possible, to help the sector evolve. 2. Increase the profile of the heat network sector to make it an attractive career option for a diverse range of people. Welcome fresh ideas from new participants, giving them confidence to speak up, keeping the sector dynamic. 3. Retain a diverse workforce, and recognise the challenges that some might face, by providing inspiring career and personal development paths for all. 4. Help to create awareness of heat networks and their benefits. 5. Support initiatives which provide the broad range of end users on heat networks, including residential, with a positive customer experience befitting of this essential service. 6. Positively contribute to the design, build and operation of optimised energy networks, actively tackling poor performance, in order to deliver full carbon saving potential.

The Midlands Divas met face to face yesterday in Nottingham for a site visit and talk on the district heating system in the city, all of which was very kindly hosted by Nottingham City Council and EnviroEnergy. It was a brilliant, informative day, and of course, a great opportunity to gather some divas together for some great conversations and a cuppa! Thank you so much to all who came, we hope you enjoyed the day as much as we did! 😊
