Following the recent news from the First Minister that annual funding of up to £8 million has been allocated to the Scottish Innovation Centres, delivered through the Scottish Funding Council (SFC), DHI is delighted to share our new "10-Year Strategy 2024 – 2033: Transforming great ideas into real solutions". DHI Masters Seminar and Scholarship places! On May 31st, 2024, the DHI hosted its annual seminar for funded master’s students, highlighting digital health and care postgraduate education in Scotland. The event showcased work from 14 students from universities such as Aberdeen, St Andrews, and Strathclyde, covering topics in data science, digital health systems, health psychology, and exercise science. This event facilitated interdisciplinary discussions among attendees.   DHI is offering new Master’s scholarships for the 2024-25 academic year with extended application deadlines: - for students starting in September 2024, the deadline is the 16th of August - for students starting in January 2025, the deadline is the 15th of November Learn more: https://lnkd.in/ePhP6QN7

🚨Reminder🚨 Santander X Global Challenge | Innovation in Healthcare This innovation challenge is aimed at start-ups and scaleups from 11 countries, including the UK, USA, and Germany, with a focus on innovative solutions in healthcare. This competition seeks innovative solutions in three key areas: technology and automation to enhance healthcare efficiency, operational efficiency for strategic decision-making, and patient care. Six winners will receive a share of €120,000 and gain membership in the SantanderX100 community, offering resources such as advice, training, capital, and access to customers and talent.
