An exciting project we can’t wait to get started on!
Head of Business & Operations at Deaf Village Northwest, experienced Business Development Professional | Committed to Creating Social Impact in the Third Sector
Preserving our heritage is more than a project, it’s a responsibility. Like a celebration of the past and a big step towards inclusivity 🎉 Excited to share that planning has begun to restore the 18th-century mill that sits within the Deaf Village Northwest grounds. The vision? To restore the historic site, to become a state-of-the-art Deaf hub, that will serve as a vital asset to the town. We are planning and ready to ensure that we preserve the mill's history, while transforming it into a beacon of #inclusivity and innovation. I literally can’t wait to get started in breathing new life into this stunning peice of #history! #heritage #deaf #deafawareness

🤝 Thank you to everyone who attended our Kit Launch Business Club event earlier today at Ewood Park. Over 150 guests were treated to a first look at our brand new third kit, modelled by our first-team players, with a chance to purchase the shirt before it went on sale. We heard from the Elton Ashworth, MD of our front of shirt sponsor Watson Ramsbottom, men's and women's first-team head coaches John Eustace and Simon Parker, the Blackburn Rovers Community Trust on their Sports College offer, as well as Business Club members Deaf Village North West, SPORTING NRG LIMITED, and WorkSmart Wellbeing. Thank you to BGreenn, Intack Self Drive Ltd., Howdens and Pulford Farm Dairies, who all kindly donated prizes. #Rovers 🔵⚪️
