Partnering with local start-ups can provide accurate budgeting, strategic insights, and local expertise. Once the initial strategy is built, data leaders need to attract talent. Key factors for attracting talent is: 🔹 Location  🔹 Stability 🔹 Package    ➡ Developing the relationship with the team back in the UK One suggestion is to link the vision of the work each team is doing back to the corporate center, to clarify their value and purpose.
