Crossroads Care Surrey is a registered charity that has been providing crucial support to unpaid carers across Surrey for over 40 years. We recognise the immense challenges faced by those caring for loved ones with various health conditions and disabilities, and we are dedicated to putting carers at the heart of everything we do. Our quality care services are designed to offer practical support, enabling carers to take essential breaks from their responsibilities, focus on their own well-being and feel confident that their loved ones are in safe and capable hands. Our range of needs-based care and support services includes care replacement breaks, emergency care planning and end of life care service, all of which are regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Our team of professionally trained carer support workers and volunteers delivers personalised care within the home or in the local community. This support helps carers manage daily tasks and ensures that those they care for receive the attention and assistance they need. We are committed to promoting the well-being of carers and understand the importance of keeping families together. By providing respite care and other support services, we help carers maintain their health, reduce stress, and continue their vital role without feeling overwhelmed. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for unpaid carers by offering reliable and compassionate support that makes a real difference. We foster a culture of empathy and continuous improvement, ensuring that our services evolve to meet the changing needs of those we support.
