    The CIOB’s new Principal Contractors Competency Certification Scheme (PCCCS) gives Principal Contractors the opportunity to prove competence to the required standards of the Building Safety Act 2022. Proving competence has always been something of a challenge in the construction industry, but the new qualification looks at evaluating skills, knowledge and experience of applicants. Those looking to complete certification standards must already be members of the CIOB or a member of a recognised chartered body. All members who complete the scheme are required to be recertified and peer reviewed after 5 years. https://ow.ly/TLaS50SK5pu

    🤔Question of the week 🤔 "Can I refuse an annual leave request?" Yes, you can refuse a request. This might be during instances where you wouldn't have enough staff to meet demand.
