Creative Mentor Network
Professional Training and Coaching
Charity training mentors in the creative industries in coaching and connecting them to diverse young creative talent.
About us
Charity supporting diversity and inclusion in the creative industries. We equip our mentors with the skills to nurture diverse talent and lead change. Creative Mentor Network trains mentors and connects them with diverse young talent. We believe that talented people can create positive social change, whatever sector they work in. Research from the Educational Endowment Foundation shows that young people who make at least 4 professional connections before they leave school are 5 times more likely to become employed and earn up to 18% more. But not all young people have access to the networks they need to build those connections. We work directly with schools across London to connect talented young people from diverse backgrounds, with those working in the creative industries. Over our 16 week Mentor Development Programme, we develop creative industry employees as impactful mentors and inspiring leaders – allowing them to play an active part in diversifying the industry and to develop themselves in one go.
