To his 37,500 followers on YouTube, Sanjeev Pathak is known as the creator of the top 5 rated longevity YouTube channel ‘Lets Grow Young’… but to everyone at Coventry Building Society, he’s ‘Sanj, from Risk!’ ‘Lets Grow Young’, features Sanj, a normal dad born in Coventry, balancing his family life and career at the Society. The channel attempts to explain longevity and biohacking to help the everyday mum and dad combine an active corporate career with personal passion. Sanj was inspired to turn his life around after collapsing at Finchley Road train station and started researching neuroscience and biohacking, discovering how making changes to your sleep, nutrition, exercise, and friendship circles can improve wellbeing. It’s a journey that’s also seen him qualify from Harvard Medical School. At the Society, Sanj is our Head of Risk Transformation, overseeing major programmes within the Society from a Risk lens. The experience gained from building ‘Lets Grow Young’ into a successful channel has helped develop professional skills too. Embracing digital tools like artificial intelligence for show notes and editing videos has helped Sanj to enhance his understanding of how the current generation navigates technology and social media.
