Here are our top tips: Clear Job Descriptions: - Be specific - Make sure it’s engaging - Inclusive Language Structured Interview Process: - Identify who the candidate needs to meet with - 3 stages is usually the max, if you want them to meet with the wider team this can be done post offer Positive Candidate Experience: - Momentum is key, don’t leave it a week or so between interviews - Feedback, provide feedback either the same day or the following morning Objective Selection: - If you have questions about their technical experience include a technical interview/case study - Cultural fit, do they align with your company values The Offer itself: - Make sure you provide the full package details - The contract should be sent within 3 days maximum If they’re counter offered: - This is very common and often an emotional time for the candidate - Offer to have a call directly with them/meet with them again - Make sure your offer is competitive Effective Onboarding: - Pre-boarding, send welcome information early - Structured first day, plan introductions and agenda - On-going support, provide training and resources The recruitment process reflects a lot on the business itself, so having a seamless process is essential to hiring the right candidate.     Treasury Consultant Permanent and Temporary at Communicate RS

    I have just been exclusively engaged on a Group Treasurer position that will be developing Treasury policy and streamlining the function whilst managing the existing team. This role will be paying £180K-200K base and will require weekly travel to Germany (all expenses covered). The ideal candidate will be an experienced Group Treasurer with private equity industry experience who has managed a team of 7 people.
