We're delighted to host the first in a new Culture Training Series in partnership with Elev-8 Performance. The first session takes place next week. Module 1: Transforming Leadership for Inclusion at BT Group Online: July 18th, 2024 | 10:00 - 11:00 Register now: CNX: https://lnkd.in/exatWiFu Zoom: https://lnkd.in/ecSCdEW6 Join us for an insightful webinar where BT Group, in collaboration with Elev-8 Performance, brings to life a cultural change programme that has been delivered to BT's Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Senior Management Team (SMT). This programme, focusing on leading inclusively and safely, is a core component of BT's strategy and its overarching ambition to connect for good. Context and Background: In 2020/21, BT made a significant commitment to improving our focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). By Summer 2022, an external review of our DEI practices was completed, revealing the need for further cultural shifts and increased personal accountability to achieve our ambitious DEI targets. The review underscored the importance of broadening our DEI efforts to create a solid foundation for all aspects of inclusion and diversity within the organisation. Leadership Development Programme: Since then, over 600 members of BT's SLT and SMT have embarked on an immersive leadership development programme. This initiative ensures that our leaders are equipped to drive the necessary cultural changes across the organisation, fostering an environment where inclusive leadership thrives. Session led by: BT Group Representative: Ali Grainger Elev-8 Performance Representative: Carl Lovelock Topics: - Encouraging leaders to think differently, feel differently, and do things differently - Creating a space for leaders to be vulnerable and make a choice to change - Adjusting everyday behaviours to foster a more inclusive, equitable, and diverse organisation This webinar promises to be an engaging and informative experience, highlighting the steps BT is taking to ensure inclusion sits at the heart of its strategy. Be sure to mark your calendars and join us for these enriching sessions! #collaboration #training #culture #leadership

We did it! We’re very proud to round off Collaboration Network’s annual #VulnerabilityWeekUK2024 by arriving back into Rochester to complete our charity fundraising walk for Demelza Charity. We’ve so far raised over £3k, but there’s still time to add to the cause. Everyone completed the walk, though there’s an awful lot of blisters and limping among the group. Thank you to everyone who’s supported us especially Cheryl Fitchet and South East Water UK. https://lnkd.in/ebpueJce #charitywalk
