It was a pleasure to visit INNIO Group’s headquarters in Jenbach with Strike Energy, following their recent order of 20 Jenbacher J624 engines from Clarke Energy for the proposed South Erregulla peaking plant. As part of the trip, we also toured several of Clarke Energy's peaking station projects in the UK. These facilities deliver rapid power generation during periods of high demand or when the grid frequency needs balancing. Clarke Energy has delivered over 400MW of peaking power solutions globally, and we’re excited to partner with Strike Energy on one of Australia's first projects of its kind. This collaboration marks a significant step forward in providing next-generation power solutions that support the growth of renewables while managing the increasing intermittency of the grid as we advance the energy transition. We're proud to play a key role in shaping Australia's energy future.
🌏 Welcome from Down Under! 🇦🇺 Recently, we welcomed our distributor Clarke Energy - Australia and customer Strike Energy to our headquarters in Jenbach. Strike Energy have secured a significant capacity market project being one of the first in Australia that has total control over Molecules to Electrons and will utilize Jenbacher 4.5 MW engines. After placing an order for 20 Jenbacher J624 engines Strike CEO Stuart Nicholls and Tom Luke visited us to see our advanced manufacturing process firsthand. Jenbacher engines are known for their high efficiency and quick start-up, so our engines will play a crucial role in enhancing reliable power supply during peak demand periods for such a strategic project for Strike Energy.
