Yesterday a team from CLAAS UK utilised their 'employee volunteer days' by doing a beach clean at Dunwich, on the Suffolk coastline. 🌊 Not only was this a great day to get to know fellow 'CLAASians' in a non-work environment, it meant that the team were able to do something valuable for charity, making a positive impact on the ecology of the local area. The cliffs, the heath and the shingle beach are dynamic habitats and home to a large number of wildlife from bracken, to lizards, to grebes. The National Trust at Dunwich Heath also work hard to educate children and other groups about the value of nature and rely on helping hands to keep this going. Thank you to the team at the National Trust for their support of this event and those from CLAAS UK who participated. 💚 #CLAAScultivatingchange

Szeptember 6-án jubileumi évnyitót tartottunk a CLAAS Hungária Tanműhelyében, ahol az idei tanévben két évfolyamon, 45 hegesztő tanuló kezdi meg elméleti és gyakorlati oktatását a duális képzés keretében. Az ünnepséget a 10 éve átadott, új korszerű műszaki és technológiai követelményeknek megfelelően felújított műhelyben rendeztük meg, amelyen a cég vezetősége mellett részt vettek az iskolák és a JNSZ Vármegyei Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara képviselője is. On 6 September, we held our anniversary opening ceremony at the CLAAS Hungária Traineeshop, where 45 welding apprentices will start their theoretical and practical training in two classes this academic year. The ceremony took place in the Traineeshop, which was inaugurated 10 years ago and renovated this year again to meet the latest technical and technological standards. #CLAAS in the middle of the American corn belt: Last week, the Farm Progress Show took place again in the heart of Iowa. 🌽   It is the largest agricultural technology exhibition in North America and of course, CLAAS of America was there. CLAAS presented, among others, the 500,000th CLAAS combines anniversary machine - a LEXION 8600 - as well as the TRION 740, the AXION 960 TERRA TRAC and the award-winning XERION 12.650. Also, interested farmers were able to find out about the new CLAAS connect. 🚜🌐💻   They were busy days and not only the daily demonstrations for grain corn threshing and soil cultivation, attracted many admiring glances.
