The (gutting!) final of the Euros sees an end to our 2023/2024 football and events programme. Another record breaking year delivered by my brilliant team across venue and hospitality, and a full 12 months programme of events 🥳 🔒 Championship football retained 🍺 Record F&B sales 🏟️ 400,000 spectator admissions across football. 🎉 100,000 additional non-match-day event guests 🕺 50,000 admissions for music events 📺 5,000 Euro fan zone visitors 🏗️ New hybrid stadium pitch, 2 new kitchens and one upgrade. 🚧 Upgrades to training pitches 🍻New fan zone opened 1️⃣ EFL family excellence award 🏆 Can’t wait for what the next twelve months will bring. As the training arm of City Security continues to go from strength to strength, we are looking to expand into other areas of the country. We work with the DWP as an LVP provider, and also deliver training via the Restart scheme and the Work and Health Programme, as well as catering for external paying customers. We currently cover Devon and Cornwall and parts of Somerset and Dorset, but have the resources to work anywhere in the country. Our ethos is all about quality and customer experience, and can offer turnkey solutions to businesses needing to train, or upskill their staff. We only teach what we know, that means all SIA licence linked qualifications (excluding CP), First Aid and conflict management. This time last week! We hosted Take That at Home Park. This was the largest event the stadium has ever hosted and was certainly the largest deployment we have ever had on a Tuesday night! It was a privilege to manage such a great security and stewarding team the feedback from the customers has been outstanding! The hours of planning and colaberation needed to pull this off demonstrated the un waived commitment to the city, to create moments like last week! Well done and thank you to all involved! Now onto the euros screenings and a successful 24/25 championship campaign!

🤩 After a solid 8 months planning we delivered the biggest non-matchday event in our history with 26,000 people coming to Take That 🤝 It wouldn’t have been possible without all of my great team, volunteers, contractors and safety advisory group. 🙏 Thank you to everyone who came and supported us. Great excuse to get out of the office. Meeting and setting up for this years Dartmoor Marshals program to support Dartmoor National Park Authority during the busy summer period. From this weekend we will have teams across the moor helping people enjoy the moor correctly!
