This year, Under the Tree is being delivered by a new stress management firm Seijaku and together we aim to help all PR professionals to manage and optimise stress in the workplace more efficiently. Only when we work together can we reduce the worrying figures that show 9 in 10 PR professionals experience poor mental health. This is why we're collaborating with Seijaku, Fox&Cat, PRCA and the Healthcare Communications Association (HCA) to ensure we make a positive difference.
