➡️ The UK general election results are in and as a key stakeholder representing over 160,000 members, we are looking forward to working with the new government. There will be a lot for #HR and L&D professionals to get to grips with during the next few months and years, with changes to skills policy, new employment laws through the New Deal for Working People and a big focus from the new Chancellor on closing the #GenderPayGap.
