It’s Pride Weekend! 🌈🏳️🌈✨⭐ Pride is all about celebrating the LGBTQIA community, and letting those around us know they matter and are loved. The theme for Belfast Pride 2024 is ‘Love Your Mind’ which draws focus to mental health. Although mental health is a subject that affects every person in a multitude of ways, there are disproportionate issues that can affect the LGBTQIA community. On the topic of mental health, we want to showcase some of our wellbeing activities that our team have taken part in over the past year. We took time out of our day, to take a step back and experience something new. These include: Axe Throwing 🪓 Jewellery Making💍 Irish Dancing Lesson 🕺 Zumba 💃 Massages 💆♀️ Painting & Crafts 🎨 Supporting Local Foundations & Charities💪 Remember, it’s OK not to be OK. Let’s promote positivity and pledge to look after our wellbeing and mental health of both ourselves and those around us. In every event we produce, we want to make them a safe, inclusive environment with a positive atmosphere enjoyed by all. We’ll continue to collaborate with LGBTQIA speakers & performers and providing a platform to spread positivity and strength. This Pride, remember to call for equality, stand for solidarity and celebrate of the lives of LGBTQIA people in Belfast and beyond.

Callow Events had the pleasure of delivering Version 1 group 's staff summer party at a fantastic new venue this year: Hilden Brewery. For the event, we embraced a "Best of Belfast" theme, perfectly fitting for a client that truly embodies the spirit of the city! Renowned for their dedication to team-building and fun, we delivered a variety of Belfast-themed activities to keep staff engaged and entertained. Another epic year at the track with 13 teams battling it out at the Mary Peters Trust Corporate Games!!🏃 The Callow Crew was on hand for everything, from securing sponsorships and teams to fueling champions with food and drinks, overseeing fundraising initiatives, creating bespoke branding and goodie bags, and – as always – providing expert on-site coordination and management of the day's activities. We kicked things off with tea, coffee, and a warm-up led by Declan Leung. Then teams tackled five action-packed races and activities led by Athletics NI and Life Adventure Co. A nail-biting relay race capped off the competition, followed by a laid-back lunch and prize giving with Dame Mary Peters. Huge congrats to first place winners Ulster University and a double shoutout to Alchemy Technology Services for snagging both second and third with their competitive teams! Summer in the City…🕶️ It was great to be back at Waterman House House delivering a stylish, summer social on behalf of our lovely new clients, energystore to celebrate their 50th anniversary. Guests enjoyed a laid-back but lively evening playing courtyard games, singing & dancing along to our buzzing entertainment and enjoying some fantastic street style food and cocktails alfresco. Private whiskey tasting tours courtesy of The Friend at hand and keepsake illustrations by Brian John Spencr upped the cool factor. Shoutout as always to our fantastic suppliers!

"We're devoted to the Classic, but reject the Status Quo" ⌚   Inspired by Tudor's Born to Dare manifesto, we recently took over Queen's Arcade for our client Lunn's Jewellers, to orchestrate a bespoke event for their brand new TUDOR boutique opening.   The event took place in one evening for customers and TUDOR representatives from across Europe to visit the new boutique and celebrate the first of its kind in Northern Ireland.    We transformed Queen's Arcade into a modern & sleek TUDOR world with a bespoke build throughout the entire arcade. We were delighted to be entrusted by our client, The Keystone Group, to organise and deliver their show-stopping 35th Anniversary celebrations! Our team coordinated complex transfers and air travel, as well as arranged and managed hotel accommodations for 400 guests from across the UK and Ireland. The celebration included insightful factory tours at their onsite facility in Cookstown and culminated in an unforgettable gala dinner at Titanic Belfast. Keystone aimed to offer their customers a genuine Northern Irish experience, and we are proud to have delivered just that.
