Can adventure sports build professional resilience? This was the overarching theme explored during the launch of Lauren's new venture, Resilience &Rise, on Wednesday night in Edinburgh. We had a such a great time and feel honoured to have had the chance to partner with Lauren on this. Hearing from the speaker and panel who all generously shared their experiences and insights was incredibly inspiring, and we took away a lot from it.
