Gina Overton, Director of Bridgethorne, shares just some of what the team have been up to this year. Looking forward to more over the coming months! 🌟 👇
We had a great team meeting in our new offices in Paddington office last week, reflecting on what we have achieved this year and building exciting plans for the future. So what have we been working on this year? Our ‘Triple A’ model has delivered some fantastic results! Advance: We have helped businesses to advance their people and their commercial operations across the full path to purchase (from farm, to factory to the frontline of retail), and we are doing it in our own Bridgethorne way. We’ve undertaken skills assessments, built competency frameworks and developed and delivered training courses in the UK and overseas. We are passionate about people and performance and our work is helping to make change happen. Assist: We have assisted multiple organisations in bridging interim gaps, supporting teams with resource in Category and Commercial teams. We currently have several opportunities for category and national account specialists looking for interim roles, so if you have experience in this area and are interested in new opportunities then please reach out! Advise: We know the markets we operate in well through our own experiences in them. It has been a pleasure to spend time working collaboratively with a wide range of businesses, from retailers, to FMCG, to leisure (to name but a few) on commercial and category strategies and visions, retailer/supplier partnerships and future planning. Our facilitation skills and ideation processes have enabled organisations to bring innovation to life, inspiring customers, growing categories and improving market share. We look forward to working on more fantastic projects and programmes with our brilliant clients for the remainder of the year, helping them set themselves up for success into 2025! Would you like to hear more? Can we help you? Please get in touch!
