Introducing Our Menopause Policy and Support Toolkit We are excited to announce the launch of a new Menopause Policy and Support Toolkit designed to help you create a more inclusive and supportive working environment for employees going through the menopause transition. Our new resources are aimed at helping both your managers and employees navigate this phase with confidence, sensitivity, and care. The Menopause Policy provides a clear framework for supporting employees experiencing menopause transition. This includes practical guidance on implementing reasonable workplace adjustments and additional support where needed. In addition, our Menopause Support Toolkit includes essential resources for both management and employees. Managers will be equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to recognise menopause symptoms and understand how they might be able to provide appropriate support in the workplace. We offer guidance on how to have sensitive conversations and how to implement adjustments that can ease the challenges for employees experiencing menopause. For employees, the toolkit provides advice for managing symptoms in the workplace, and suggestions on how to communicate their needs effectively to their managers. With World Menopause Awareness Day just around the corner on October 18th, now is the perfect time for your organisation to raise awareness and improve understanding of menopause in the workplace. We believe these resources will help create a more supportive and inclusive workplace, enhancing employee well-being, retention, engagement, and productivity. Menopause transition is a natural stage of life, and with the right support, we can ensure it’s handled with care and respect. If you would like to know more, please contact [email protected] #MenopauseTransition #perimenopause #WorldMenopauseAwarenessDay #MenopausePolicy #MenopauseToolkit

We’re all aware of how quickly things can change, crises can emerge unexpectedly and challenge even the most prepared organisations. At Brave, we believe that effective crisis management begins long before a crisis actually occurs. Here are some key strategies we recommend: Develop a crisis plan: Have a clear, actionable plan in place that addresses potential risks and outlines roles and responsibilities. Communicate transparently: Keep all stakeholders informed with timely and accurate information. Empower your team: Train your team to respond quickly and effectively, ensuring they have the resources and support needed. At Brave, we specialise in helping organisations build resilience through proactive crisis management strategies. We work with you to create robust plans, support your leadership team, and ensure you're ready to face any challenge head-on. Let’s work together to ensure your team is prepared for any challenge that comes your way. And remember, if 2020 taught us anything, it's that sometimes challenges come in the form of a new Zoom filter you can’t turn off during a serious meeting… #CrisisManagement #Leadership #Preparedness #Resilience #Brave

Big shout out to Jacob Horrocks who celebrates his two year anniversary with the business today! It's gone in a flash. He started with us as our Resourcing Associate, fresh out of school, and has since gone on to lead large talent acquisition projects, undertake salary and benefits benchmarking exercises, as well as coaching people through their DISC profiles. His development has been outstanding, it's a pleasure to be part of his career journey. We hope to celebrate many more anniversaries as he builds his career with us. We won't mention his questionable taste in music though.
