Teams at all our sites yesterday participated in the Logson Group #healthandwellbeing day. Delighted to have supported 90 more colleagues enjoyed a free health check. There as part of our wellbeing programme, the checks have included measurements of blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose, height, weight and body mass index, body fat percentage and visceral fat. A lifestyle coach provided an individual results sheet to everyone who attended and simple guidance. These checks will help colleagues to monitor and manage their health proactively and identify any underlying health issues early when they may be more easily treatable. #workplacewellbeing #workplacehealth #healthchecks #makeitpossible #wellbeing
