    It's that time of year when Executive Directors / Senior Team are thinking about planning their annual 1-3 day workshops either onsite, remote or ideally offsite to discuss the past and current periods numbers, achievement, innovations, risks, issues, SWOT, solutions and overall strategy and big goals for 2025 in line with the 3-5 year plan and end game for the individuals personal, professional and the companies agenda. 1 month back from summer, there will have been a significant number new hires in September, and new job offers and resignation in October and in November. While job Job flow can have a peak in September and October, the number of high quality new candidates can be a bit quiet then until late January / February when there is a huge spike in jobs and talent acquisition becomes fiercely competitive through until May. You can take majority or full ownership of this of this $5MM revenue B2B2C big data AI machine learning company, with a plan to grow to $100MM in the next few years. The current PE firm got cold feet and might have made the biggest mistake but don't care and this is your opportunity to turn a few million in to a $100MM company.
