La media del equipo es 24 años. Y nos encantaría tener alguien jubilado para compensar. Pero de momento, algunos pros y contras que veo son: Adoptamos herramientas a la velocidad de un ⚡️ Pasamos nuestra juventud con un móvil en la mano. Y somos rápidos sabiendo cómo funcionan las aplicaciones. Desde Diciembre hemos adoptado 7 herramientas nuevas, 4 se han quedado con nosotros: Bluedot, Spoke.ai, Excalidraw y Perplexity. Nos dio un 30% de productividad cuando las adoptamos y un 30% continuo cada cierto tiempo. No nos preguntamos si "se puede hacer o no" La pregunta es "¿cómo lo podríamos hacer y cuándo sería el momento ideal de hacerlo?". Porque somos ingenuos. Creemos que se pueden hacer cosas que nadie ha hecho. Eso nos hará caernos mucho. Pero con que una nos salga bien nos damos por satisfechos. También nos permite estar abiertos a cualquier idea. No porque no sepamos o porque no es el momento decimos "no" a una idea. x10 de esfuerzos para compensar la falta de experiencia La experiencia es conocimiento aplicado a la máxima productividad y consecución de objetivos. Por eso enfocamos el aprendizaje continuo como algo proactivo de cada uno. Hay 3 tipos de aprendizajes en Clous: lo que aprendes haciendo, lo que te enseñan y lo que aprendes por curiosidad.
