We help businesses grow their pipeline through exceptional HubSpot websites and inbound demand generation.

About us

At Blend, we help businesses grow their pipeline by combining exceptional HubSpot websites with inbound demand generation. We believe in two things: 1. Websites are pivotal to demand generation success. 2. Marketing must focus on generating pipeline and revenue. Since opening our doors in 2010, we've worked with numerous B2B companies and consistently observed a recurring theme: leads generated before they declare explicit intent, rarely, if ever, convert into customers. And the quality of your website has a direct influence on pipeline growth. That's why we're on a mission to deliver best-in-class websites, that are centred around the behaviour and preferences of today's buyers. Providing our customers with a demand generation engine that fuels their pipeline.

We'll address common misconceptions about: 👉 Design flexibility  👉 Platform extensibility  👉 Website performance  👉 High platform costs  👉 Difficulties in migrating away If you have any specific questions about HubSpot CMS, be sure to bring them to the live to get them answered. • "Where do you want to spend your time? Fighting with your systems, or creating value for your customers?" Luke Summerfield asked this during our live event about HubSpot CMS. It really hits the mark. Many businesses still waste time and budget on website maintenance instead of improving their front-end experience. They get stuck: ➡️ Updating plugins ➡️ Installing software updates ➡️ Applying security patches These tasks are necessary, but they don't set your business apart. They keep you in the game, not ahead of it. This is why a CMS with a fully managed infrastructure is so helpful. You can focus your time and budget on the things that differentiate your business and have a real impact on your bottom line: ➡️ Creating new, valuable content ➡️ Optimising your user experience ➡️ Improving the application of your brand ➡️ Personalising customer experiences Remember, buyers don't see your website infrastructure – they only experience the value you provide on the front end. So, where do you want to spend your time?

  • When you go to a hotel, regardless of its star rating, you understand the check-in process. - Go to reception - Check-in - Get your room key - Go up the elevator - Find your room The experience is intuitive. You know exactly what to do. This approach applies to website UX too. Just like stepping into a hotel lobby, your website visitors should be able to find what they need effortlessly. Visitors don't want to feel confused, searching for the right place to go. They want to know instinctively. Familiarity is the foundation of your website, the common denominator that ensures a smooth start. But familiarity is only one part of the puzzle when it comes to website design. Just like the furnishings in a hotel lobby, your website's design, branding, and unique elements should make a lasting impression. They should stand out and create an engaging experience for your visitors 👉 without compromising user experience 👈.

  • We recently wrapped up a website redesign for Algorand Foundation – bringing their new brand to life on HubSpot CMS. - Algorand recently updated its brand to better connect with its diverse audience. This included combining the main Algorand website with the Algorand Foundation site, which supports the platform's development. This required strategic planning due to the different audiences that the websites serve. With a strategy in place, we created a new website for Algorand, which has several standout features: 👉 Unified brand application: The site effectively reflects Algorand's updated image, presenting a unified look and feel throughout. 👉 Improved user experience: An intuitive design helps different audiences easily navigate and find relevant information. 👉 Highly editable: Built with flexible sections, modules and scalable fucntionality, the website can be updated effortlessly while maintaining a consistent look and feel. 👉 Live data: Real data is automatically updated through an API connection, ensuring the website always shows the latest figures. 👉 Light/dark mode: This allows users to switch between colour schemes, catering to developers who often prefer darker interfaces. This new online presence serves Algorand's wide-ranging community and supports the platform's growth in the evolving blockchain world. Find out more about the project here: https://bb2b.io/3A3aMQK

What is the difference between content strategy and UX writing? While often used interchangeably, they are not the same but rather complementary. They work together to improve the user experience. Content strategy involves setting up an intentional plan, practice, and process to reach specific goals with content over time, while UX writing involves creating clear, concise, and contextually appropriate copy that guides people through an experience. In her recent article, Anna Kaley explores the differences between them and what makes them good complements.
