It was great to be back in Lille for SERIES MANIA last week to speak about Nuremberg, Big Light’s new drama in development with Constantin Films, and announce that award-winning Christian Schwochow (The Crown) has agreed to direct the series. Christian is not only a brilliant director of actors and images, but a masterful storyteller, and I couldn’t be more excited to be working with him. Nuremberg was the first time war crimes were prosecuted, and the series captures not only the explosiveness of the trial, but the hopes and struggles of a younger generation trying to make sense of and rebuild a ruined world. It was an honour to speak alongside Christian and our producer, Friederich Oetker, about a series that explores such a profoundly important and dramatically charged time in our history. #drama #television

From our CEO Frank Spotnitz: "Thank you to Full Moon Creative Lab for inviting me to teach a masterclass at this year’s programme, it was really wonderful to meet the cohort of talented participants. At Big Light we put writers at the heart of all of our productions, so it gave me particular pride and joy to help mentor a new generation of emerging writers in Europe. All of the writers were bubbling with ideas and enthusiasm, and I can think of no better place to talk about thrillers, horror, and fantasy than a beautiful castle in Transylvania. As far as I’m aware no vampires were seen, but the wine from the surrounding vineyards was excellent."
