🎉 What a year since Graeme Trudgill FCII, Cert Mgmt became CEO.  📌 He has invested heavily in membership through new employees, schemes, guides, membership support and lobbying on behalf of members with our latest Manifesto.  📌 Stronger relationships have been built through his allyship approach with the regulator, Government and the rest of the industry.   📌 We have also helped achieve lots for members – there is now a growth and competitiveness objective on the regulator, we’ve fended off a risk to the commission model, we’ve launch a careers initiative, seen big increases in levels of signposting, and had the best attended BIBA Conference, Young Broker Day and Tour of the Regions.     📌 We have also held our first ever political party conference fringe event, launched a Fair Value Assessment Framework, and have had more regional events, and more members joining our advisory boards than ever before.   🙌 Thank you to everyone who has supported, engaged and contributed to our work over the last year – it’s a huge collective effort.    #BIBA2024 #Insurance #Brokers #Members #Whatsnext
