Our team has successfully transformed the customer welfare facilities to provide an elevated and comfortable experience for visitors. 😊💫 With a total investment of £2 million, this project aimed to enhance the shopping centre’s amenities and contribute to an exceptional customer experience. Since the completion of the refurbishment, we've received positive feedback from both shoppers, tenants and local community. It’s amazing to witness how a well-designed and rejuvenated restroom can have such a positive impact on the overall impression of a shopping centre. 🌟✨ Here are a few highlights from the project that truly showcase its success: 🌿 Thoughtful Design: The scheme has created a harmonious and inviting space that blends functionality and aesthetics. Last week, we launched 'My Mini Aberdeen' at Union Square– a one-of-a-kind, immersive adventure designed for families during the school holidays. 🏰👨👩👧👦 Mini customers step into a world of wonder to explore and play in their very own mini Aberdeen! From the mini university library, where young minds can dive into fascinating books, to the mini oil rig, where future engineers can tap into their creativity, every corner is bursting with excitement and learning opportunities. There's also a mini fashion studio, where budding designers can let their imaginations run wild, and a mini market, complete with adorable stalls selling all sorts of mini goodies. Finally, there are complimentary art workshops in the mini art studio. These workshops not only provide a platform for creativity to flourish but also drive loyalty and repeat visits.
