At C&C, we understand the value of providing pathways for our people to develop and grow their careers. After 15 months of commitment and development, we are thrilled that our first cohort of our 'Leading to Win' Apprenticeship has surpassed expectations, achieving distinctions across the board! Our 'Leading to Win' programme is a Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship from IfATE (Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education) designed to support our colleagues in acquiring the skills and knowledge they need to reach their full potential as leaders. Apprentices from across the UK have been honing their leadership abilities, applying new management techniques across both people and project management, and building invaluable connections within the business along the way. Samantha Toms, Trade Marketing Account Executive at C&C, shares her experience: “I have thoroughly enjoyed my journey through this programme. The skills and knowledge I have gained is invaluable.
