We have advised long-term client Transport for London (TfL) on a new eight-year contract with KeolisAmey for the operation and maintenance of the DLR. With more than 90 million journeys made each year, the DLR is the busiest light railway in the UK. We've advised the lenders and ECAs, co-ordinated by UBS and HSBC and including UK Export Finance, on the landmark €782 million multi-sourced green financing for Shotton Mill's transformation into a state-of-the-art recycled fibre manufacturer. Backed by 13 international banks, the project will create over 300 high-quality green jobs representing a £1bn investment by Eren Holding.
