📢 Job opportunity ✨ We're hiring a Trainee Artistic Director - a fixed term 2 year, part time contract, working alongside our Artistic Director/CEO. The traineeship will cover the following areas: artistic programme, project management & strategic planning, finance & fundraising, communications & marketing, leadership & governance. To address disproportionate under-representation in our sector, we are seeking candidates with experience of anti-Black issues. Experience of anti-Black issues might include lived experience or for reasons of proximity, specialism or other factors.
