    National Geographic Traveller (UK)'s latest Middle East & Africa Collection highlights epic safari experiences that make a difference, focusing on trips that support conservation and positively impact local communities. According to Go2Africa, global interest in safaris has skyrocketed since 2023, with travellers increasingly seeking experiences that give back. Now in its fourth year, the event has firmly established itself on the UK culinary festival calendar, attracting a diverse audience with its blend of world-class street food, interactive workshops and a high-profile Main Stage line-up featuring Nadiya Hussain, Matt Tebbutt, Nisha Katona and Theo Randall.
