En lille teaser fra Amiblu Danmark Verdens STØRSTE varmepumpe bliver lige nu installeret et sted i Danmark 😲 Amiblu levere de hidtil største Biaksiale trykrør til Danmark, som er et fantastisk rør, der udemærker sig ved at entreprenøren kan undvære udstøbning af beton som forankringsklodser ved retnings ændringer, og derved spare på installationshastigheden, men også CO2 aftrykket. Rørene der anvendes til dette projekt er som sagt Biaksiale trykrør, i henholdsvis PN6 og PN10, og i dimensioner fra Ø2800 ned til Ø1400 Store grenrør, bøjninger og T-stykker Ø2800/1400 mm. lamineres sammen på byggepladsen, da transporten af de store dimensioner ikke ville kunne lade sig gøre rent logistisk. ScanComposit A/S udføre laminater/samlinger på sitet. Laminaterne skal nogle steder holde til 720 ton træk/tryk i en bøjning. 🌱 Der er udført EPDèr som viser et yderst lavt CO2 aftryk, i forhold til andre rør typer som anvendes til samme applikation. In the middle of Vienna, 500 m of an aged sewer channel are currently being relined with non-circular (NC) Amiblu profiles with a cross-section of 760/1200 mm. No long trench, no long traffic jams.  And no huge CO2 footprint from stop-and-go traffic. Two tunnel boring machines (TBMs) successfully broke through at two of our sites where we are working collaboratively with Thames Water on their AMP7 resilience programme. At the Rye Meads trunk sewer repair project, the team worked incredibly hard and overcame a number of challenges to achieve their second tunnel drive breakthrough. The team on the Fortis Green trunk main replacement project arrived seamlessly at the reception shaft on the first of their two drives. This TBM successfully travelled under the A406 and is being refurbished ready to be launched at their second drive.
