We are delighted to share the latest news about four exceptional members of our Amberside Advisors team who have recently received well-deserved promotions: David Lang - Senior Manager Dave joined Amberside Advisors in 2015, and has since supported clients on an extensive range of mandates across financial modelling and advisory in a wide range of sectors. Peter Place - Senior Manager Similarly Pete has been at Amberside Advisors for the best part of a decade, also having started in 2015, and regularly leads on a variety of mandates, also managing one of Amberside’s core modelling teams. Aadi Shahare - Senior Consultant Aadi joined Amberside Advisors in September 2022 and has since worked on a wide range of mandates, honing his skills in transaction modelling, operational model builds, financial due diligence, advisory services and client training.  Fuad Habash - Senior Consultant Fuad joined us in November 2022 and since then has delivered a variety of operational models, transactional models, and data analytics solutions across renewables, carbon capture and storage, hydrogen, and battery storage sectors. We are proud to announce that Amberside Advisors have been supporting Greenvolt Energias Renovaveis SA and their funders, with their latest acquisition and refinancing of Kent Renewable Energy Limited (KREL), a CHP biomass EfW facility, in a deal worth ca. £200m. Amberside Advisors, working closely with the client’s adviser, have conducted a financial model audit and due diligence, which helped the client secure acquisition funding. This project allowed us to utilise our financial modelling expertise and combine it with our deep knowledge of the biomass market and renewables industry.
