Barwood Land's outstanding record of successfully appealing unfavourable decisions by planning committees continues with our recent appeal at Bloxham Road, Banbury in Cherwell being ALLOWED. This is a smallest site in our portfolio (60 homes) and represents the third phase of development we have brought forward in this part of Banbury (previous phases for 145 homes also won at appeal and 350 homes subsequently allocated and consented).
