✨National Grief Awareness Day✨ “Grief is the price we pay for loving someone” In my line of work I speak with people suffering from grief almost daily and I believe it is really important to provide support to people if you can. For a number of months I have been attending Surviving Bereavement pop up cafés in both Kenilworth and Coventry. These cafés provide individuals with a safe space to talk about, share and experience their grief with other people who truly understand how one another is feeling. Today Sophie Lamb and I visited Coventry to speak with a number of members and to have a few laughs. We saw first hand how beneficial these groups are for those in need of a bit of support.
