One of the primary challenges in a bag filter housing is the potential for overflow and product loss due to blocked filter media. In the filter bag, this issue arises when the filter becomes blinded due to clogged pores, posing a risk of spillage when the vessel cover is opened. Our evacuation float system is designed to manage liquid displacement in the filter efficiently. When the cover is opened, the float rises to the surface, facilitating easy removal and preventing spillage. This process significantly reduces product loss and bag weight. Another successful project completed! ✅ We recently manufactured a modular system featuring our RBFP Series vessels, tailored to meet our clients' demand for efficient container emptying. This solution ensures optimal performance with flexible use, for example, two active-duty filters and two on standby. One of the standouts of this system is its mobility. It can be moved and used at different locations within our customer's site.   Key features include: 1. Four trolley-mounted RBFP Size 2, Style 4 filter housings 2. Our client required a robust system achieving a flow rate of 150m3/hr, with the flexibility to individually shut off housings for bag changes, ensuring minimal downtime. Key features include: 1. DN200 header manifold connectivity 2. Staggered formation for easy valve access 3. Butterfly valves for precise control 4. Extended legs for easier access to the drain 5. Evacuation float for the displacement of the liquid in the housing 6. DP gauges with electrical connections 7.
