Our CEO Tristan Gadsby led the discussion on AI at the recent HTNG Connect Europe event, hosted by the American Hotel & Lodging Association, where panelists discussed the growing role of the technology in the sector. Tris described the most productive model as one where AI is a team member, which is being borne out by our client Mollie's, whose managing director Darren Sweetland described using AI to empower staff. The early results have been promising at Mollie's, with response time dropping by 61.2% and average sentiment score increasing by 111.1%. Hospitality is in the middle of a labour crisis.
