It's AV awards week so a great time to share some of our works in AV. This case study is an example of a multi site, Force wide audio visual deployment for a UK Police Force incorporating video conferencing, digital signage, room booking, IPTV and auditorium technologies to provide a unified experience for users across the estate. Our end to end delivery of the project with subsequent support contract enabled the Force to create a stimulating, smart working environment by implementing centralised audio visual technologies, all of which are scalable and flexible to cater for future deployments in custody suites, police stations, contact centres, operations centres and briefing rooms. #police #audiovisual #videoconferencing #digitalsignage #iptv #roombooking #collaboration #partnership #ajartec

📢Our final speaker announcements for our Digital Technology Showcase taking place in Manchester on Wednesday 13th November📢 We welcome Chris Dreyfus-Gibson, a seasoned consulting leader transforming organisations to deliver excellence in public service. He is an alumni of Deloitte and PA Consulting. Chris' focus is on service and operations design and technology supported transformation, with a specific interest in contact centres, citizen services, mission-critical digital solutions, and complex case management solutions. Chris has supported a number of different clients through their transformations, including multiple UK and international police forces and law enforcement agencies, UK Home Office, Courts and Tribunals Services across the UK, and Transport for London. A former senior Police Officer of 15 years, Chris’ postings included Head of the Force Control Room, Deputy Head of Counter Terrorism Support, and Deputy Head of policing on the London Underground. He is the founding Vice-Chairman of the International Critical Control Rooms Alliance, bringing together users and suppliers in critical control rooms across all sectors.   We are also delighted to welcome Chris Sproston, Head of Technology at Transport for Greater Manchester. Chris is a results-driven Technology leader with a proven track record across B2B, B2C, financial services, retail and education sectors. We are absolutely delighted to announce our first two guest panel speakers for our Digital Transformation Technology Showcase taking place in Manchester on Wednesday 13th November. We will be joined by: 🏢Lee Isherwood, Control Room and Emergency Planning Manager from Stockport Homes Group. Lee brings over 10 years experience in housing and neighbourhood safety. Lee has responsibility for 2,400 cameras (Public Space, Stockport Homes, Viaduct Interchange), Door Entry, Alarm Monitoring/Response, Fire Suppression systems and incident management. We look forward to hearing about Lee's experience in the control room, specifically around the dual-function in managing Public Space and Housing related incidents. Lee is keen to develop and implement innovative systems with a cloud-based accessibility to improve resilience and accessibility and ensure customers, partners and stakeholders he works with are provided with a high quality service 24hrs a day. 🚔Eddie Reyes is a Law Enforcement, Public Safety Communications and Technology Advisor, currently a US contractor to the Ministry of Interior in the United Arab Emirates. Prior to this role, Eddie has served in US Law enforcement for 32 years, as a Director of the Department of Public Safety Communications in Prince William County, Virginia, and as a Senior Deputy Chief in the Alexandria VA Police Department. During his tenure, Eddie worked in almost every unit of the Police Department, and worked on high profile incidents in the National Capital Region including the September 11 attack on the Pentagon, and sniper incidents in 2002. Eddie is an Executive Fellow of the National Policing Institute and is a regular contributor of content to Policing Insight and Policing TV in London. We are honoured to welcome Lee and Eddie to our guest panel, bringing their unique and distinguished experience in Public Safety both home and abroad to our event.
