Today marks the start of Professional Care Workers' Week! Now in its seventh year, Professional Care Workers' Week honours the essential contributions of care workers and aims to elevate their profile across the UK. This year's theme is the 'future of social care' - looking at changes that may impact the sector in years to come, from government reform to AI and workforce wellbeing. Throughout the week, The Care Workers' Charity will be hosting a series of virtual panels and information sessions led by care workers, care managers, and leading figures in Adult Social Care.
