#teambuilding In late June, an amazing team from ADF London, GRAFTON ,Sir Robert McAlpine, Clipfine Ltd, Toureen Group, Price Building Services, and Elliott Wood embarked on a mountaineering journey through France, Switzerland, and Italy as part of #ProjectPicnic. This adventure aimed to strengthen teamwork and raised funds for LandAid's campaign to #EndYouthHomelessness. The group began their trek in Chamonix, France, reaching the Albert Premier Hut at 2,702 meters. They crossed into Switzerland the next day, summiting the Aiguille du Tour at 3,540 meters. Originally planning to climb Mont Blanc, the team had to change plans due to poor weather and instead aimed for Monte Rosa in Italy. In Italy, they ascended the Capanna Gnifetti refuge at 3,647 meters, experiencing the challenges of high altitude. The final ascent to the Punta Gnifetti - Margherita Hut at 4,600 meters tested their endurance, with oxygen levels dropping significantly. The team successfully reached the summit, celebrating their achievement and the teamwork that made it possible. This journey underscored the importance of collaboration and perseverance, with all members reflecting on their shared challenges and triumphs. The expedition not only fostered a sense of unity but also supported a charitable cause. The 2024 charity event for the 30 Grosvenor Square team at Westerham Golf Club was a huge success, raising over £36k for the Willow. And providing all participants with a memorable day. We were thrilled to have 22 teams joining us on the greens for a day of friendly competition. A special event aimed at making a positive impact on the lives of seriously ill young adults. The presence and support were not understated and will contribute to providing much-needed assistance to the services offered by Willow Foundation. We believe in starting the day on the right note, and a delicious breakfast did just that! Throughout the day our contractors played on the stunning Westerham Golf Club, enjoyed refreshments followed by a sumptuous BBQ buffet while networking and strengthening old and new relationships alike.  It was a great day out on the golf course today full of banter, laughs and plenty of sunshine. The British weather did not disappoint us. Well what can we say! But the biggest thank you to all our contractors that supported, donated, and participated to today's Charity Golf Day in aid of Willow Foundation.
