New research by BT Group reveals how technology can significantly aid dementia patients, enhancing their quality of life in numerous ways. Key findings show that 66% of dementia carers believe tech can improve life quality. Tech uses include: - Reminders and alarms on smartphones - Managing medication - Playing music to reduce agitation - Staying connected with loved ones But there's a gap! - 40% of carers aren't sure how to incorporate tech into care routines. - and 52% feel there isn't enough training available to support them.
