We are pleased to announce we have agreed the sale of our investment in Weener Plastics Group to Silgan Holdings Inc. During our ownership we supported WP’s international growth strategy through expansion into new product categories and strengthened its position in its existing segments. The company completed four bolt-on acquisitions, significantly reinforcing its presence in Latin America and Europe, and delivered consistent growth, almost doubling its EBITDA. It's great to read about the impact that one of our charity partners, The Passage, has had over the past year, including preventing over 800 people from becoming homeless, serving over 34,000 meals to people in their Resource Centre and helping over 300 people into emergency, temporary and long-term accommodation. However, there is more to be done to prevent homelessness in Westminster, where homelessness rates are the highest in the country, and we're delighted to be supporting their work.

Despite this growing demand, we’ve remained committed to our mission of preventing and ending homelessness for good. In our most recent impact report, we look back on our outcomes this past year, and share how we've worked to refine vital services to ensure that we can continue to provide person-centred, tailored solutions to meet the individual needs of our service users.
