This week, we are honouring #mentalhealthawarenessweek with a look at some statistics you may not be aware of: - According to Mind, 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year in England - Mind also report that 1 in 6 people will experienced a common mental health problem (like anxiety or depression) in any given week in England - The Priory Group states that 61% of adults with mental health conditions don’t access treatment… - … and that 98% of people agree that mentally ill people experience stigma and discrimination The only way for us to remove the stigma from mental health illness is to improve awareness and tackle it head-on; we need to talk about it.   At 2M Group of Companies we are committed to addressing and improving the wellbeing of our colleagues.
