I knew you was the creator of "Endhall"!!!! "Endhal" is with "Nightmare cooperative"( a game of an other developer) the 2 games where i can have a complete and satisfing adventure in less than an hour. However with the roguelike mechanics i played this 2 games a lot. Keep the good work.
Awesome Game, at first I presumed it was going to be lacking in content. Then I realized there is a good amount of forethought in the balance of these mechanics and it's very strategic. Keep up the great work!
I took this prototype and made a small game out of it. If you are interested here is the trailer:
hi i love your youtube content and it's you that made me discover godot and made me learn it so thanks❤
I love this game.
Hey! I discovered this game through a YouTube show called Bytejacker. They show off three indie games a week and encourages people to review them. So here we go.
The Archwizard's Arena is a really cool jumping point for a much larger game.. I loved the idea, but I feel there was something missing from it. I feel like there should have been an extra spell or extra enemy type or something. Being made for a game jam though I an easily see this being built upon. I would love to see a bunch of different level types and worlds, and more traditional RPG mechanics. Heck, I'd vote for that on Greenlight.
This was really lovely. I want to agree with other people, this should be a full game--but I don't think it needs to feature creep out of control. I would like to have a few more spells and maybe a dozen enemy types. It really scratches that Rogue itch without requiring high investment on my part because it's so simple.
I had a great time! Great work here.
Is there a way to run in fullscreen?
This is a fun little game.
Great 8-bit graphics, nice music and sound effects.
I could see this being a full game with multiple different levels, power-ups, and spells/weapons.
neat and your gif looks good. how did u make it?
awesome little game
Seems to be infected... False positive or accidentally got infected? I don't know. Anyway my virus shield doesn't let me play. So I got it checked online.
virustotal analysis
GMS 2 throws a false positive for some virus protection.
I enjoyed it a lot.
Really like this one! Very cool minimal art style, great music, and interesting mechanics. With a few randomized abilities and map layouts a couple monster types and a single-player ladder, this one would be a knockout premium game :).
Probably if you click when then enemies are taking their turn it should speed it up 10x until your turn.
Love the graphics and gameplay.
Btw, seems I have defeated all the monsters, but nothing happened after that.
Btw, would be nice if the spells are put on the on the middle bottom to make it faster to reach the spell buttons, especially the movement tiles are near the center of the screen.
Thanks for the feedback! I might expand on the idea a bit after I finish my current full on project. I'll keep your ideas in mind :D
You're welcome! C:
Well, I expanded on the idea a bit. Tell me what you think :)
