Asters successfully defended the interests of one of the leading Ukrainian banks in a dispute related to the recovery of funds from deposit and current account agreements worth over UAH 39 million. Former clients of the bank sought to recover funds placed on bank deposits and current accounts, claiming that the bank had failed to fulfil its obligations to return funds and repay interest. The dispute has been considered by the courts since 2015. Починаючи з 2023 року митниця склала біля двохсот протоколів щодо фактів переміщення товарів з приховуванням від митного контролю. У більшості випадків основними доказами є відповіді заводу-виробника пального з Литви на адресу митного органу України щодо переліку паспортів якості. Штрафи у розмірі 50-100 відсотків вартості товарів покладаються на посадових осіб компаній-покупців імпортованого пального.
