Early Careers at Edrington offers a unique opportunity for ambitious individuals to develop their skills, combining hands-on experience with tailored learning and development programs.   This summer we brought in 5 interns across Digital Learning, Liquid Quality, HR , Marketing and the DTC team to deliver short-term projects and inject their fresh perspectives into our teams.   We've created strong ties with internship program providers across the globe, ensuring our interns are always in sync with Edrington's values, work ethos, and dedication to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.   Let's hear from a few of our fantastic interns about their experiences: "The hands-on experience of developing and implementing personalized learning pathways, coupled with data-driven problem-solving, has been immensely fulfilling and aligns perfectly with my career aspirations.” Babajide Okeowo - Digital Learning Intern   “It’s great to see the people live out the values of the organisation. Yesterday we saw 212 Edrington colleagues take part in our Glasgow Stride event. Here some’s stats from our day: 212 Striders 8.5million steps 6600km... that's the same as walking to Dubai 60 very muddy puddles And not a single drop of rain (how, we will never know) And today......very sore and tired legs Our fundraising efforts reached £35,722 which will become £142,888 with our triple matched funding. This will be split between our 2 chosen charity partners, Right There and The Marie Trust which are two fantastic charities who support those impacted by poverty and homelessness in Glasgow.   Our fundraising link remains open for another week – any further donations will be gratefully received: https://lnkd.in/eWqaypfm   #GivingMore #EdringtonLife #MakeAWorldOfDifference

We’re committed to continuous learning, offering tailored learning experiences aligned to development plans so there’s something for everyone. The Leadership Essentials programme is a key part of our leadership development roadmap, supporting our people to become better leaders – of themselves, their team, and others. It brings together colleagues from all corners of the organisation, creating a space where we can learn from each other. We're all about supporting each other, especially during those big life moments. We rolled out our Modern Family Leave policy in 2020, ensuring every new parent among us gets 26 weeks of paid leave.
