Established in 2018, Smartserv Limited is a support firm that specializes in providing solutions to small and large organizations across several industries. We have a strong customer-oriented approach and always place priority on fulfilling our clients’ needs. Our Principal Consultant, Kristy Johncilla – Crouch, has over 15 years of hands on experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to starting this business, she was the Sales Manager at the Courtyard by Marriott, Port of Spain where she gained a wealth of knowledge in corporate sales & marketing, event management and revenue management and was responsible for driving gains in revenue and market share to the property. She is extremely passionate about the development of the local and regional hospitality industry and through Smartserv Limited, she continues to contribute positively to this sphere of business. She is also extremely organized and prides herself in ensuring that tasks given to her are completed effectively and efficiently. As for her educational background, she is the holder of a Master of Business Administration from Heriot Watt University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of the West Indies, and a Professional Certificate in Event Management from George Washington University. She also has good working knowledge of Spanish and enjoys working with her international clients.
