Swappable Connection for Charge Station

Swappable connection in any direction

Swappable connection support parallel connection. The swappable solution has a connector on the bottom of the battery, designed to be plugged in in any direction. So, you can fast and easily plug in the battery in the cargo bike or charging station.

Integrated with protocol applicable to the onboard applications, allowing you to communicate with the battery for the electric motorcycle during riding. Battery Management System detects potential sources of error and protects cells from overloading in your e-motorcycles.

Electric Motorcycle Battery Parts

Fire-proof shell

It is the outer casing that holds all of the cells and BMS together. The materials include ABS and PC, which produced by an injection mold and resistant to shocks and drops. 

Battery Cells

Cell types: NCM, NCA, and LiFePO4. We use high-quality cells to produce battery packs, such as Samsung, LG, Panasonic, etc.

Sealing ring

To achieve a certain level of water and dust proof, we will choose TPU material or metal screws to seal the pack. Normally, Tritek’s LEV battery packs meet IP67 requirements.

BMS

BMS circuit board includes various parts: NTC, B /B-, P /P- to a controller, motor power, PAS, USB 5V / backlight, power switch, and charging cable/ CAN cable.

Cell holder

A component that holds each of the lev cells in place.
