elkon 1980 yılında denizcilik sektörüne alçak gerilim elektrikli ekipmanları ve otomasyon sistemleri tasarlamak, imal etmek, entegre etmek ve devreye almak için kuruldu. Küresel ve uluslararası bir marka olan Elkon’un mühendislik ve üretim merkezi Türkiye’de olmasına rağmen operasyon alanı tüm Avrupa’dır. Norveç’ten Türk ve yabancı tersanelere gelen talepler çerçevesinde, Norveç Satış ve Satış sonrası servis hizmeti verecek ElkoNorge AS.’yi kuran Elkon, çözüm ortakları ile Norveç’in güney batı kıyısındaki Kristiansand’dan Kuzey Batısındaki Trondheim şehrine kadar bölgede 24 saat içinde garanti hizmeti verme imkanı sunuyor. We are thrilled to announce that Elkon has secured funding for our 8th EU project, HARPOONERS, under Horizon Europe! As the system integration work package leader, we are excited to develop a reliable and safe battery energy storage system for maritime and inland waterway transportation. The project received a perfect score of 15 out of 15, securing 345,625 Euros in funding and 52 man-months of effort over the next 36 months. With a total budget of 7.5 Million Euros, we will collaborate with 14 esteemed partners. Stay tuned for more updates on this innovative journey! Elkon olarak, Horizon Europe programı kapsamında 8. Elkon Elektrik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'de Yeni Yönetim Kurulu - Mayıs Genel Kurulunda, Andreas Block, elkon'un yeni Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı olarak seçildi. Roland Schwandt, Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Yardımcısı olarak seçilirken, SECKIN UZ ve Cem Altin, üyeler olarak seçildi. Yeni üye olarak da Osman Kahraman göreve başladı. Roland Schwandt, elkon'daki görevinin yanı sıra SCHOTTEL GmbH'nin Başkan Yardımcısı olarak, Seçkin Uz ise SCHOTTEL Türkiye ve elkon'un Genel Müdürü olarak görevine devam edecektir. Mehmet Buldurgan'a, Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Yardımcısı olarak görev süresini başarıyla tamamladığı için içten teşekkürlerimizi sunmak isteriz. We are proud to feature Erdeniz Erol, our R&D Manager at elkon , for his outstanding work and dedication. As a Liaison Officer to BEPA - Batteries European Partnership Association in the WaterborneTP Partnership, Erdeniz has been at the forefront of pioneering electrification and decarbonization projects since 2015. His leadership in both national and EU-funded initiatives continues to drive innovation and sustainability in the marine industry.
Meet our volunteers - part 10! Erdeniz Erol is the R&D Manager at Elkon Elektrik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. Marine Electric R&D Center and Liaison Officer of the WaterborneTP with the BEPA - Batteries European Partnership Association. At Elkon he has been leading pioneering projects since 2015. With a focus on electrification and decarbonization, Erdeniz has successfully spearheaded the first national and international R&D Projects in Elkon Elektrik. He has also contributed significantly to several EU-funded R&D collaboration projects, including NEMOSHIP, FLEXSHIP, BLUEBARGE, GAMMA, and REFEST under Horizon Europe, as well as POWER4MED in the EMFAF program and the ADRIATIC project in MARTERA ERANET over the last two years. Erdeniz’s educational background includes a B.S. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU), an MS degree from Piri Reis University in Computational Sciences and Engineering, and he is currently a PhD candidate in Maritime Transportation Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. His diverse expertise and passion for advancing technology make him volunteer for his role as a liaison officer to the BEPA partnership for the last 2 years. Erdeniz represents Elkon Elektrik in the Waterborne Technology Platform and actively follows Zero Emission Waterborne Transport (ZEWT) activities. His extensive experience spans across multiple sectors, including aviation, energy, and maritime, and he is dedicated to driving innovation and sustainability within the marine industry. He states, "I am honored to be part of the Alignment Group, where we strive to foster collaboration and innovation within the Waterborne Partnership. Our collective efforts are aimed at making significant strides in sustainable waterborne transport. Contributing to this initiative allows me to work alongside passionate individuals dedicated to creating a greener maritime future."
