Responsable de projets (Entrepreneuriat social / Incubation)- poste basé à Tunis Fourchette salariale : 3000dt - 4000dt en NET Mission principale Le.la responsable de projets aura pour mission de prendre en charge les programmes d’incubation pour les entrepreneurs sociaux et de poursuivre leur développement. Il.elle aura à gérer le processus dans son ensemble : identification/sélection, incubation, accélération, financement, suivi post financement, mesure de l’impact. Il.elle pourra gérer des programmes thématiques (transition écologique, 100% femmes) sur des territoires différents (Tunis, Sfax). Rattachement hiérarchique Le.la responsable de projets rendra compte à la direction. Il.elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe locale et l’équipe à Paris et évoluera au sein d’une équipe de 20 collaborateurs.trices. Il.elle aura la responsabilité managériale directe de 3 collaborateur.rice.s pour mettre en œuvre les projets et l’ensemble des activités. Responsabilités: Le.la responsable incubation sera en charge des activités suivantes : -Incubation -Mise en réseau, communication -Management -Reporting, impact Profil et qualités requises Formation Bac 5 en Entrepreneuriat / Economie / Développement / Finance / Ecole de commerce / (ou équivalent) avec une appétence particulière pour l’entrepreneuriat social et l’ESS. Expertise dans la création d’entreprise et la réalisation de business plan. Expérience préalable d’au moins 5 ans, en gestion de projet et en management d’équipe. Affinité avec les différents outils financiers à destination des entrepreneurs Bonne maîtrise du pack office. Bonne maîtrise des outils de communication digitale (Teams, Zoom, Airtable, etc.). Bon niveau rédactionnel (arabe, français, anglais). Permis de conduire. Organisation, rigueur, ouverture d’esprit, sens de l’adaptation, polyvalence, aisance relationnelle. Conditions de travail et contrat CDD renouvelable (possibilité de CDI à terme), temps plein Salaire en fonction de l’expérience, de la qualification du.de la candidat.e et du cadre salarial interne.
