🎉In celebration of the numerous achievements of the CURES (Tunisian Health Center for University Research Excellence and Sustainability) project over the past three years since its launch in 2021🏅, and as a conclusion to its activities, the project team organized a closing ceremony on September 6, 2024. The event was attended by the U.S. Ambassador to Tunisia Mr. Joey Hood U.S. Embassy Tunis , the Director General of International Cooperation at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Mr. Malek Kachlaf, the Director General of International Cooperation at the Ministry of Health Ms. Sanaa Haj Omar, the First Deputy of Sfax Mr. Mohamed Nafeti Kadouda, along with several partners 🤝, healthcare professionals 👩⚕️👨⚕️, and students 👩🎓👨🎓🩺. During the ceremony, the key milestones and achievements of the project were highlighted✨, particularly its role in supporting and promoting research and innovation in the medical field 🔬📈. The event also shed light on the exchange programs and collaborations 🤝 between the #CURES project and its local and international partners 🌐, including leading medical organizations such as The Johns Hopkins University and BioHealth Innovation, Inc. .
